Our Cold-Cuts are artisanal creation by our German Mastered Butcher, Matthias Orth. Each hams or sausages are carefully handcrafted to traditional flavor and yet embracing our new lifestyle requirement on current health guide. We used carefully selected ingredients and made our cold cuts daily to ensure freshness and minimizing preservatives in our process.
